HYLELE Lighting launches a new generation of intelligent spectrum LED technology to redefine global sports and urban lighting standards

HYLELE Lighting launches a new generation of intelligent spectrum LED technology to redefine global sports and urban lighting standards

HY hylele |

On September 18, 2024, HYLELE Lighting, a leading global LED lighting solution provider, officially released its SpectraMaster™ series of smart lamps, which for the first time deeply integrated adaptive spectrum control with AIoT technology to provide full-scene low-carbon lighting solutions for sports venues, city landmarks, and large-scale infrastructure projects. This technology has passed the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) S023 certification, and its energy efficiency is 40% higher than that of traditional LEDs. It is expected to promote the global outdoor lighting market into the "Light Efficiency 3.0 Era".

Technological breakthrough: from single lighting to intelligent light environment

1. Dynamic spectrum matching technology

  • Based on the multi-channel light mixing algorithm, the lamp can analyze the ambient light and usage scenarios in real time, automatically adjust the color temperature (2700 K- 6500 K) and color rendering index (CRI 85-98), and adapt to 20+ modes such as event broadcasting, plant growth, and security monitoring;
  • In the actual test of the Maracana Stadium in Brazil, the energy consumption of night event lighting was reduced by 38%, and the color reproduction of 4K broadcast images was improved by 25%.

2.AIoT global management system

  • Built-in Edge AI chip, supports concurrent control of 100,000 devices, and has a response speed of milliseconds. It can link security cameras, crowd sensors and energy management systems;
  • In the Future City project in Dubai, 2,500 street lights and stadium lights are self-checked for faults, brightness adaptation, and real-time monitoring of carbon emissions are achieved.

3. Extremely long life design

  • Adopting ceramic-based composite heat dissipation technology and military-grade packaging technology, the life span exceeds 100,000 hours (10-year warranty), and the light decay is less than 3%.
  • Passed MIL-STD-810G seismic certification, it can withstand 16-level typhoons and 8-level earthquakes, and has been deployed on a large scale in many typhoon areas such as Japan and the Philippines.

Global Strategy: Seize the New Track of Green Infrastructure

Sports Field:

  • Became the first batch of sustainable lighting suppliers for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, provided zero-carbon lighting solutions for the three main stadiums, and reduced carbon emissions by 12,000 tons per stadium per year;
  • Signed a contract with the Premier League Manchester City Club to transform the lighting system of the Etihad Stadium, integrating fan interactive AR lighting effects and emergency evacuation instructions.

Urban Infrastructure:

  • Won the bid for Singapore's Smart Nation 2025 street light renovation project, replaced 30,000 traditional lamps, and saved more than $8 million in electricity bills annually;
  • Deployed off-grid solar LED systems in the Africa Sahara Light Network Project to solve the problem of no electricity lighting in remote areas of 12 countries;

Eco-Alliance: Cross-border Integration and Innovation

Technical Partners:

  • Joined hands with Schneider Electric to develop an integrated "light-storage-charging" energy solution, increasing the photovoltaic utilization rate to 92%;
  • Cooperated with Sony Pictures to customize film-level special effects lighting systems for film and television bases, supporting real-time HDR rendering.

ESG Practice:

  • For every 1,000 sets of SpectraMaster™ lamps sold, one "mobile light energy classroom" is donated to the Southeast Asian community;
  • Committed to achieving global operational carbon neutrality by 2030 and assisting 1,000 venues in obtaining LED Zero certification.
