Warranty
Subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Limited Warranty, Hylele warrants fixtures purchased directly from Hylele to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years or 50,000 hours of operation from the date of manufacture.
Remedy
1. Goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of signing, but please ensure that the goods are intact and do not affect the secondary sales. Goods that have been used or installed, with non-quality problems (do not like or no longer need) will not be returned or exchanged, if you have any objections, please contact the seller;
2. If the product malfunctions or is damaged due to transportation, the buyer needs to contact us and provide evidence (video and pictures) within 15 days from the date of receipt. If the buyer fails to provide evidence in time or no longer responds within 15 days, the buyer is responsible for the resulting loss.
3. If any quality problem occurs after more than 30 days from the date of receipt, please contact HYLELE for a warranty and provide photos or videos of the product problem, HYLELE will help you to solve the problem. The buyer can choose to replace the lamp with a new one, but the corresponding costs need to be borne by the buyer.
Limitation of liability
Only products installed, used, and maintained by Hylele's relevant instructions, specifications, and acceptable trade practices are covered by the Hylele warranty. During the warranty period, Hylele will repair or replace the same or similar product at no charge based on proof of purchase. Labor costs are the responsibility of the owner and are not included in this warranty. This warranty is void if the product has been modified, tampered with, misused, poorly installed, improperly maintained, or subjected to abnormal conditions. Repairs or replacements provided under warranty are the exclusive remedy of Buyer. This warranty is instead of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular application. Hylele shall not be liable to the buyer for indirect or consequential damages.
