1. Visit the order inquiry page
Click on the “Order Track” link in the top navigation bar of the website to access the order inquiry page.
2. Input order information
On the order inquiry page, you need to enter the following information:
- Order Number: The unique order number you received when placing your order.
- E-mail address: the e-mail address associated with the order.
3. Click the inquiry button
Once you have entered your information, click the “Search” button and our system will retrieve the order information for you.
4. View Order Status
Upon successful query, you will see detailed information about your order, including order status, shipping information, and estimated delivery time.

Free shipping orders can take up to 1-2 business days to process and depend on the following factors:

- The influx of orders at our warehouse on a given day

Order Status: If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you can choose to apply for a return of the item once you receive it.

- Free shipping and delivery on orders placed in this store

We are currently unable to offer free shipping to:

The refund process may take up to 10 business days from the time we receive your returned merchandise at our warehouse. We will refund your original payment method. You will be notified by email once Hylele has refunded your money. The timeframe from when the refund is made until the funds are returned to your account depends on the individual terms and rules of your banking institution.
