Return Exchange Policy

Easy Returns

The logistics and delivery of "HYLELE" are done directly by Amazon. Delivery from the Amazon warehouse to the home is free. You can return most new, unopened products sold and delivered by Amazon within 30 days of shipment, which means you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Since we cannot resell installed items, we do not accept returns on previously installed items.

Note:

All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product, otherwise hylele.us reserves the right to refuse the return.

Guidelines for conditional returns of goods:

  1. The item must be in its original packaging.
  2. The item must not be installed or used.
  3. The packaging materials (i.e. packaging, sealing) must not be tampered with or damaged.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee, which depends on the courier you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping fee incurred.

Process reminder

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please be sure to request a return before sending the item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Hylele is not responsible for shipping costs incurred by customers for unauthorized returns.

Initiating a return

1. Contact customer support via email: support@hylele.us.
2. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please indicate this information in your return request. Once we receive your request, we will assist you within 1 business day. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary. We will not ship an exchange product without your explicit consent before shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
