1. Processing Time: Most orders can be delivered within 3-5 business days.
For example: order verification, cutting, quality checking, and packing. All orders are submitted to the Amazon warehouse for shipment within 24 hours of order placement.FBA Processing Orders, which takes an additional 1-2 business days.
2. Shipping Time: It refers to the time of shipping from our Amazon warehouse to the customer's receiving address, please note that orders received on weekdays are scheduled for shipment on the 2nd day, and orders received on weekends are scheduled for shipment on Monday.
3. We at HYLELE only provide delivery service to the continental United States. Shipments for US residents will be sent via Amazon. We are happy to offer free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days.
4. Based on feedback from our distribution centers, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military APO addresses, states, and territories outside of the continental U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands), or outside of the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
5. Taxes: Tax-free within the United States.
6. As mentioned above, we offer free shipping on all products on our website and customers will receive their packages within 3-5 days. In case of special circumstances such as out of stock or package lost in transit, we will contact the customer in time.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages: Please report any damaged or lost packages to us within 14 days of shipping the order. If there are any obvious signs of damage to the shipping box, please have the delivery driver make a note of it if possible. We are not responsible for any incidents not reported after 14 days.
