Fast Shipping from Amazon

All Hylele orders are shipped directly from Amazon warehouses for fast, reliable delivery. However, all returns and exchanges are handled by Hylele directly. Please contact us at support@hylele.us — do not contact Amazon for returns.

30-Day Return Window

You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Not installed or used (we cannot resell installed items)
  • With packaging materials (seals, boxes) not tampered with or damaged

Returns requested after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Change of mind or wrong item ordered: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Item arrived damaged or incorrect: Hylele covers the return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@hylele.us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you a return shipping label plus instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and Hylele is not responsible for shipping costs incurred for unauthorized returns.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for the same product. Just mention "exchange" in your return request, and our team will assist you within 1 business day. Exchange shipping times may vary depending on your location. We will not ship an exchange item without your confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
