If you want great customer service this the company that will give it to you. I had an issue with transitioning from first generation hex lights to Gen 2. We emailed back and forth probably 10 times as they wanted to make sure we were on the same page. Even with the time difference they never missed a beat. I have bought multiple different configurations of these lights and have never had any issues. When I did they stepped up and took care of it. Great job of taking care of your customers.

What I like about them - very bright, easy to install (light weight, one mounting point, cord with attached plug), and only about 1.6 amps per light.
Initially chose 150 watts, but it was too bright. Then went with 100 watts at 16,000 lumens, which is very bright, but not as harsh as the 150 watts. The bright white light is unmistakable from the 24x30 metal building, with no shadows and a clear view everywhere.
The quality of the light is top notch. The warranty is reassuring. I have purchased several different products in the past and they have always performed flawlessly - great value for money.
I installed 8 200W UFO Bay High lights in a 40x50 steel building. The light distribution is excellent, and the price is comparable. They are very bright. To be honest, I would have been happy with 6 lights, but my OCD would not allow me to hang them unevenly while trying to avoid the center span of the building. I might buy another one as a backup.

I got this as a gift for Christmas. Very bright and very easy to install. I have a 24x50 enclosed (insulated, white covered insulation) with a 16 foot ceiling height and I installed 4 of these lights and couldn't be happier with the brightness. I know the white helps reflect the light but it looks great! Thanks!

I am in the process of replacing all metal Halide lights in the shop with LED's cost-effective and much better lighting. This unit has multiple settings which are easy to change. We use the higher bright setting. Less shadowing and great for detail work. This lighting helps you see the dirt if you require a perfectly clean area. It is very simple to install. The normal 3 wires for direct connection to power sources from 120 to 277. You have the option of also using a separate connection for dimming. You will have to separately purchase a chain and ceiling hooks that are not provided. Super easy to install no professional help is needed if you have power supplied to the spot where it will hang. It comes with a 30-inch attached cord which will cover most drops from the ceiling. The light spread covers a wide area at the 5000 setting. The light type is easy on the eyes.
Packaged nicely. The light has two sets of wire leads, one for power and one for dimming. Per the instructions I cut and taped the dimming lead since I didn't plan on using that function. I spliced the main power lead in to my other shop light cord to put then both on a single plug. This allowed my wall switch to power both lights on/off at the same time. I plugged in it and switched on, works perfectly. The light has 3 levels of light intensity, all of which are plenty bright for my workbench that this light is focused on. It came with a hook so hanging the light was super simple meaning moving it will be just as easy if I choose to re-locate it.
